Manage Your Subscription and Payments

This article walks you through how to manage billing for your Practice in subQdocs. You’ll learn where to set up your subscription, how to adjust practitioner seats, and where to find invoices and receipts when you need them.

Where to manage payments

Subscription management is available on the web app only (payments are not supported on iPad or iPhone).

  2. Open Settings
  3. Click Subscription

Set up your subscription

  1. Choose the product you want (most Practices start with Pro).
  2. Select Monthly or Yearly billing.
    • Yearly includes a 17% discount.
  3. Review which practitioners are active.
    • Use the toggles to turn off any practitioners you don’t want included.
  4. Click Continue to payment.
  5. Enter your credit card details and submit payment.

Your subscription will activate and you’ll see your updated billing details.

Add or remove practitioners (seat management)

You can adjust how many practitioners you’re paying for at any time.

  1. Go to Settings → Subscription
  2. In the practitioner list, toggle practitioners on to add or off to remove
  3. If adding a practitioner, subQdocs will calculate the cost based on your remaining billing period and prompt you to complete payment
